Our most recent CSA box included a delightful and mysterious surprise – nettles! Who the heck would eat nettles, you ask? Well, apparently the brilliance at Harmony Valley Farms never ends, because they not only have nettles, the actually cultivate them for consumption. And you know what? They are delicious!
